1. Services:

Arni Creative Private Limited ("Arni Creative," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom web development, design, and related digital services as detailed in the project proposal or service agreement. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in the individual project proposal.

2. Payment Terms:

• Payment schedules, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, will be specified in the project proposal.

• Payments are due within [Number] days of the invoice date.

• Late payments may incur a late fee of [Percentage]% per month on the outstanding balance.

• All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Client Responsibilities:

• The Client ("Client" or "you") is responsible for providing all necessary content, information, and feedback within the agreed-upon timelines.

• The Client must obtain all necessary licenses and permissions for any content provided to Arni Creative.

• The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables promptly.

4. Intellectual Property:

• Upon full payment, the Client will receive a license to use the final website design and custom code developed specifically for the project, excluding any third-party libraries, plugins, or stock assets.

• Arni Creative retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

• Source code remains the property of Arni Creative until full payment is received.

5. Revisions and Changes:

• The project proposal will define the agreed-upon number of revisions.

• Any changes or revisions beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before implementation.

• Any change request must be submitted in writing.

6. No Refunds:

• Due to the custom nature of our web development services, all payments are non-refundable.

• In the event of project cancellation by the Client, the Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Arni Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  
  

• Our total liability is limited to the 1 fees paid by the Client for the specific project.

• Arni creative is not responsible for 3rd party software, or hosting issues.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, within the jurisdiction of [City, State, e.g., Hyderabad, Telangana].
